Villa Azzaytouna – Proudly Presented by Koke Luxury Villas A peaceful private retreat surrounded by lush gardens in Marrakesh, Morocco Villa Azzaytouna can sleep up to six guests and is set within 5,000 square metres of gardens filled with lavender, orange blossom, bougainvillea, and olive trees. This is a serene and stylish retreat that offers privacy, luxury, and a deep connection to its Moroccan surroundings. The interiors, designed by Philip Hooper from Sibyl Colefax and John Fowler, reflect a contemporary Moroccan aesthetic, combining modern comfort with traditional charm. Throughout the villa, you’ll find unique pieces sourced from local souks including Berber benches, carved wooden doors, antique pots, and Beni Ourain rugs. The main living space features a sitting/dining room with an open fireplace and a distinctive domed ceiling adorned with bespoke Moroccan bauble lights. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 12.8-metre swimming pool with loungers and Indian daybeds, a sunken Berber tent perfect for evening drinks, and a dining terrace overlooking the pool. Rooms & Facilities All three bedrooms offer private terraces and open fireplaces. Two of the bedrooms also have private plunge pools, which are lit at night and feature large daybeds for relaxing under the stars. Villa Azzaytouna includes a 12.8-metre private swimming pool, a luxury sunken Berber tent with comfortable seating, and WiFi broadband throughout. Guests also have access to the estate spa, which features a hammam and treatment room. The spa menu includes a range of beauty treatments using Les Sens De Marrakech products and Moroccan argan oil. These treatments—massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures—are all included in the stay and may be enjoyed in the spa, on the terraces, or beside the pool. Hairdressers can also be arranged upon request. For wellness and entertainment, there is a movie screening area, a music system, and a 350-metre jogging or walking track with exercise stations throughout the estate (1 km is approximately 1,500 steps). Dining Our experienced cooks prepare daily menus selected by guests from our à la carte offerings. The lead guest meets with our chef and estate manager, Maria, to personalise meals. The cuisine is a blend of Moroccan and European inspiration, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Children's menus are available, and the kitchen can accommodate most food allergies, though it is not a nut-free zone. Staff & Service There are 24 permanent staff members available to support guests, including two full-time beauty therapists. Maria, the estate manager, will be your dedicated contact during your stay and is available to organise all experiences and activities in and around Marrakech.

Location
Vibrant and bustling, Marrakech has an energy all its own (there's a reason it's one of Morocco's most well-visited cities). To get right to the heart of things, wind your way through its busy Medina—the walled, historic neighborhood that serves as the city's main square. Fair warning, it can be a bit intense, but while there, you can fully immerse yourself browsing souks for local wares, taking in the Moorish architecture, and filling up on street food. On the slower end of things, places like Le Jardin Secret, Bahia Palace, and the famed technicolor Jardin Majorelle give some breathing room alongside seriously gorgeous scenery. And you can always take a full time-out at one of Marrakech's many luxe spas or relaxing hammams. Check out must-sees below for even more to explore.
